About the Role:

The Manager of Procurement will play a critical role in overseeing and executing all global procurement activities for the organization. As a single contributor reporting directly to the Director of Legal Operations and Procurement, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies across worldwide operations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement and demonstrate a proven ability to drive value, efficiency, and excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.


What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and execute end-to-end procurement activities across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with company policies and international regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency for goods and services procured globally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and internal stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for procurement matters.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform sourcing decisions and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Review and coordinate procurement agreements in collaboration with the Legal team.
  • Monitor supplier performance, manage contract compliance, and resolve any supply chain issues as they arise.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, tools, and outcomes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, spend analysis, and cost-saving initiatives to the Director of Legal Operations.
  • Support risk management functions, including due diligence and supplier assessments, to ensure business continuity across global operations.
What You Bring:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement with international exposure.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills, both orally and in writing, in English is required.
  • Proficiency in procurement and contract management software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions such as Vlookup tables.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic, global setting.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
